DIY Experiences, not just kits

Air Dry Clay Kits for Adults

Air dry clay hardens in the open air over about 24 hours. There's no kiln, no oven and no firing, which is why it's the easiest way to start working in three dimensions at a kitchen table.

Every kit here includes the clay, the sculpting tools, acrylic paints and a sealer — so you can make the thing, paint it, and finish it without a second shopping trip. Each kit takes 20 to 60 minutes of hands-on work, then the clay needs a day to itself before you paint.

Air dry clay is more forgiving than polymer clay for a beginner: you can rework it while it's damp, smooth a mistake with a wet finger, and start again if it goes wrong. It's softer once dry, so it's better for keepsakes, small sculptures and magnets than for anything that has to take a knock.

Three kits, one material. If you like the first one, the other two use exactly the same technique — and the paw print keepsake is the one people come back for.
