How long does delivery take?
Your kit is dispatched from our Mumbai studio within 2 business days and delivered in 7-10 business days, customs clearance included. Import duties are already in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend, and you get a live tracking link the moment your kit is dispatched.
Where is my order right now?
Your shipping confirmation email carries the tracking link - open it there for live status. If the tracking has not moved in 48 hours, email us with the order number and we will chase the courier for you.
My kit arrived damaged. What now?
Raise an exchange within 1 day of delivery. Email info@kitsters.shop with your order number and photos of the damage. We send replacements for the specific broken parts rather than a whole new kit, and Kitsters covers return shipping on every valid return. Full policy on Returns & Refunds.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you change your mind, email info@kitsters.shop straight away and do not accept the parcel. Once it is back with us we refund 70% of the order value within 7 working days.
