What's the minimum order?
1 pack of 5 minimum, then in packs, up to 10 packs (50 kits) online. One kit per person.
Do we get an invoice?
Yes. Fill in the correct company details - company name and billing address - plus the point of contact's email, and we make the invoice out to that company and send it to that inbox.
Where do the boxes go?
One delivery address per order, free anywhere in the US, delivery within 7-10 business days. Shipping to several offices or to people at home is a 50+ conversation - email us.

Do we need a facilitator or a host?
No. Every kit carries a QR code to a step-by-step video, so the room follows along at its own pace. That is the whole point of Magic Hour: you book the room and the magic unfurls on its own.
What is the minimum order?
5 kits, then in 5s, up to 50 online. 5 is enough for a pod, or a proper try before you do the whole floor. Past 50 it becomes a quote, because that is where volume pricing and multi-address dispatch start.
How quickly can you deliver?
Seven working days from order, free anywhere in the US. If you are up against a date, tell us by email before you order and we will confirm whether it is doable.
Do we get an invoice?

What if a kit arrives damaged?
We replace it free. Tell us before the session and we will get a replacement out; tell us after and we will still make it right.
Can we ship to people working from home?
Yes, but only for orders with more than 50 kits. In case you want to place an order for more than 50 kits with individual deliveries needed, just email us and we will sort it out.
